Naturalistic Speech-Language therapy sessions at Indie are facilitated using evidence-based play methods to support communication development in naturalistic settings, promoting carryover of skills into everyday life. Utilizing a child-led approach, our providers tailor therapy sessions to encompass each learner’s unique processing style (i.e. analytic, gestalt), communication style (i.e. verbal, ASL, AAC), learning style, and sensory preferences, fostering a safe space for learning and development to flourish.

We operate within a social model of therapy, which means that children do not need a diagnosis of autism to participate in our programs. We welcome and celebrate children of all backgrounds and abilities.
